Influencer Marketing Intern at InBold

We are looking for ambitious students who are ready to gain a lot of experience in the creative agency world.

Are you passionate about strategic storytelling, social media, and authentic brand collaborations? Do you want to apply your academic knowledge in practice? At InBold, you’ll have the opportunity to work with influencer marketing for some of the biggest brands in the Nordics.

At InBold, we specialize in influencer marketing, creating data-driven and creative campaigns that drive engagement and deliver results. We work with both local and global brands to identify and build impactful influencer partnerships that align with their messaging and values. As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in both the strategic and tactical aspects of campaign execution while taking ownership of your tasks and working independently. We’re looking for a proactive and ambitious individual with a passion for B2C communication, social media, and campaign management—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

YOUR TASKS:

Researching and identifying relevant influencers and target audiences
Developing creative campaign concepts and strategies
Contacting and negotiating collaborations with influencers
Coordinating and planning influencer activities across platforms
Producing campaign materials and briefings for influencers
Reporting and analyzing campaign performance
Conducting trend and market analysis to optimize our influencer strategies

WE EXPECT YOU TO:

Currently be enrolled in a higher education program within marketing, communication, digital strategy, or a related field
Have an interest in influencer marketing, social media, and digital communication
Be structured, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Possess strong communication skills and negotiation abilities
Be curious, proactive, and ready to take responsibility
Have experience with content creation, social media platforms, and possibly data-driven analysis (not required but a plus!)
